A clear vision to reintegrate former prostitutes and children caught in human trafficking.

OUR ORIGINS
Missions started growing in my heart when I was a young girl. I was only seven years old when I decided that I want to be a missionary one-day, even though I didn’t realize exactly what that meant for my future.
In 2013 I attended a gap-year program with Hatfield Christian Church and got baptized. After that, things started changing drastically. In 2014 I studied Make-up Artistry but soon realized that there’s something more to my life.
By 2015, by God’s grace only, I ended up doing a Discipleship Training School with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) and went to Brazil on outreach for three months. This changed my heart and deepened my relationship with The Lord so much that I then remembered what my lifelong dream was …to become a missionary. To become someone who is not living for herself, but to serve the Lord God and to help those who are held captive by the things of this world, to use my testimony to lead women to freedom and to be the salt of the earth just like Jesus was.
In 2016 I attended the SHINE Seminar with YWAM Amsterdam. This Seminar gave me insight and knowledge about human trafficking, social justice and prostitution. It gave me even a deeper desire to see women and men, boys and girls, young and old be set free from whatever is keeping them from living free in Christ and free without bondages.
Made New Ministry is only beginning and I am so excited to learn and grow in what God has planned for us. We will serve the Lord and His people, we want to see identities being restored in Christ, we want to go out and make disciples of all nations, we desire to baptize them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19
We are planning to return to Brazil where we were serving alongside Shores of Grace Ministries in Recife for a few months in 2017, continuing to further study Portuguese, the Word of the Lord and our roles as missionaries. This is what the Lord has planted in our hearts for this next season.
We especially desire to approach females and young girls who do not yet understand their identity in Christ, who have been hurt and abused, captured in prostitution or trafficking and who are still in the ‘caterpillar stage’ of their lives. We want to share with them the freedom of Christ and serve them so that they too can be free and be who God created them to be.
Having the body of Christ, the Church, as a support system is what will help this ministry to reach even the hardest, darkest and loneliest of places in the world and that is exactly where we need to go and be the light of Jesus Christ.
Our work
Through effective counselling and training we believe we can equip future generations to become valuable contributors to society, without fear of rejection and intimidation. Building confidence despite challenges they face through an approach rooted in a practical love for people.
